Worried about fit or feel? Here is the reassurance: you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on eligible items, and we will guide you every step of the way.
Definitions
- Delivery date: The date the carrier confirms your order was delivered.
- Return window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Our error: Defective or damaged item, wrong item shipped, wrong size shipped, or item significantly different from the description.
- Change of mind: Size or style preference, including ordering the wrong size.
- Unused condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging where possible.

- Items that are significantly different from the product description.
- Change-of-mind returns for fit or style, provided item condition requirements are met.
Item condition requirements
- Unused condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, and stains.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Original packaging where possible.
Photo and proof requirements
- Clear, well-lit photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item).
- A photo of the size/brand tag.
- Full front and back photos of the item.
- For damaged-in-transit claims, include packaging photos if available.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] from the email used to place the order.
- Include your order number, item name/size, reason for return, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Attach the required photos noted above.
- Wait for our reply with approval and next steps. We respond within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item using the provided label (our-error cases) or your chosen tracked carrier (change-of-mind cases). Share the tracking number via email.
Who pays for return shipping
- Our error: mobichamps covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label once approved. The original shipping charge of $6.99 is also refunded.
- Change of mind: The customer pays return shipping using a tracked service. The original shipping charge of $6.99 is not refunded.
Items we cannot accept
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not due to transit or manufacturing.
- Items missing original tags.
- Items with minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color of the same style if in stock. For our-error cases, we cover the return label and ship the replacement once the return is in transit or received. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers the return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
Approval and communication
- We confirm approval or provide follow-up questions by email within 1–2 business days of your request.
- Approved returns receive instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
Refund timing
- After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method in USD.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
